TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 323 OF 2022 By (1) Newton Kago Kimuyu and (2) George Njenga Wandia, both of P.O. Box 51–00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wandia Kaberi, who died on 24th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. 357 OF 2022 By (1) Harry Kinuthia Ithong’o and (2) Elizabeth Wanjiku Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 50883–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Mwaura Ithong’o, who died on 12th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
