TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 643 OF 2021 By Michael Onserio Siro, of P.O. Box 90–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Siro Nyatete alias Siro Nyatete, who died on 10th April, 1991. CAUSE NO. 669 OF 2021 By Jones Osoro Oriku, of P.O. Box 1818–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osoro Oriku, who died at Mwamanwa Sub-location, on 13th July, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
