TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2022 By John K. Ronoh, of P.O. Box 2594–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Kigen & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Keino, late of Lotonyok, who died there on 17th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. E281 OF 2022 By (1) Vibian Chepkogey Kessio and (2) Alfayo Kibet, both of P.O. Box 80–30102, Burnt Forest in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Kiplimo Metto, who died on 30th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
