TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2021 By Gladys Njoki Omollo Wandete, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nyambura Ndung’u, who died at Maringo, on 6th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2022 By (1) Frank Otieno and (2) Ernest Okeyo Odundo, the deceased’s executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Josiah Okeyo Odundo, who died at Sumba West, on 29th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
