TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2022 By (1) Mbintu Kinyoki Maithya and (2) Alex Vundi Kinyoki, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Kinyoki Maithya, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 17th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2022 By (1) Priscillar Mutethya Kiluti and (2) Muisyo Kongo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kongo Kalii, who died along Outer Ring Road, on 21st June, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
