TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E283 OF 2022 By Vilita Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 858–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Musyoka, who died at Unyaa Sub-location, on 21st April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2022 By Mboya Nzioki, of P.O. Box 758–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masai Maithya, who died at Matinyani, on 1st July, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
