Box 122–00520, Nairobi in Kenya, the decease’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maundu Mbuvi, who died at Wendo, Matungulu, on 14th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Kimeu Ngwatu, (2) Joseph Kivuva Ngwatu and (3) Muya Kimeu, all of P.O. Box 747–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, repectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthike Mwalumbu, who died at Kiliku, on 22nd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2022 By Magdalena Ndunge Nyange, of P.O. Box 1210–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Nyange Mbwiko, who died at Utawala, Nairobi, on 22nd August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
