TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Kigotho Muthanwa and (2) Peter Wanjohi Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthanwa Wanjohi alias Musanwa Wanjohi, who died at Mirangine Sub-location, on 18th December, 1982 CAUSE NO. 309 OF 2022 By Lucy Wanjiru Silas, of P.O. Box 43844–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Mburunga M’Ithiria, late of Kiwanja Location, who died at Nyahururu County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
