Box 488, Thika in Kenya, throught Messrs, Muiruri Cheserek & Co., advocates of Thika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Wairioko, who died at Munyu, on 7th September, 2003. CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2022 By Charles Kiiru Thuo, of P.O. Box 11538−00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zachary Kiiru Kahare, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2022 By (1) James Githae Mburu, (2) John Njenga Mburu and (3) Lucy Njeri Mburu, all of P.O. Box 5200, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairimu Mburu, late of Komo, who died there on 29th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
