TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E599 OF 2022 By (1) Risper Akoth Okuku and (2) Jane Achieng Otieno, both of P.O. Box 36, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Okuku, who died at East Karateng, on 15th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E696 OF 2022 By (1) Peres Akoth Adede and (2) Irine Nyangweso Mitula, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Adede Modi alias Dede Modi, who died at Kogony Sub-location, on 7th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
