TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E720 OF 2022 By (1) Susan Chepchirchir and (2) Anna Chepkoech Chumo, both of P.O. Box 3571–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkenei Chilina Maru alias Chepkenei Chelina A. Maru, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 30th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E721 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Irungu Nderitu and (2) Elishipha Wangari Nderitu, both of P.O. Box 12243–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndiritu Kariuki, late of Gituamba Sub- location, who died there on 1st November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
