TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2022 By (1) Harrison M. Maingi alias Harrison Maingi, of P.O. Box 2718– 90100, Machakos in Kenya, (2) Joseph Musau Muyanga alias Joseph Musao Muyanga, of P.O. Box 46184–00100, Nairobi in Kenya and (3) Robert Sukya Nzioki alias Robert Nzioki, of P.O. Box 12161–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors and trustees of the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Francis Judah Muoka alias Francis Muoka alias Francis Judah alias F. J. Muoka alias F. Judah Muoka alias Muoka Francis, who died at Kyaani, on 3rd August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
