TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E29 OF 2022 By (1) Hellen Achieng Ayugi and (2) Carolyn Adoyo Ayugi, both of P.O. Box 679, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Ayugi Osome, who died at Kasule, Kisumu, on 12th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2022 By Janet Akinyi Otieno, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Achieng Okumu, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By Magdalina Okelo Ajul, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ajul Odhoch, who died on 14th March, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
