TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E155 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Barasa and (2) Jacob Makunda, both of P.O. Box 96, Matete in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barasa Muyaka, who died at Mahusi, on 10th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
