TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No, 232 OF 2022 By (1) David Lewa Chigiri and (2) Arestus Sanga Chigiri, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chigiri Mwananje Kachache, who died at Mwakambi, on 24th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be slxiwn to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within, thirty (3.0) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
