TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 179 OF 2021 By Ufultiel Amimo Kanga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanga Obembo, who died at Lusiola Sub-location, on 30th August, 1990. CAUSE No. 234 OF 2022 By Francis Ambaka, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Sayo Kagweyi alias Samuel Saayo Kagwenyi, who died at Mahanga Sub-location, on 19th June, 1994. CAUSE No. 264 OF 2022 By William Kedeng'e Manono, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamin Mudanyi Manono, who died at Viyalo Sub-location, on 2nd August, 1994. CAUSE No. E334 OF 2022 By Jeda Kasoha Egadwa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Igadwa Pius Ndeda alias Pius Igadwa Ndeda, who died at Gimomoi Sub-location, on 1st September, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
