TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 18 OF 2022 By (1) Benard Mutavi Nzioka and (2) Dennis Makumi Nzioka, the deceased'spns, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jplin Nzioka Mutavi, who died at Coptic Hospital, Nairobi in Kenya, on 14th September, 2019.
