CAUSE No. 356 OF 2022 By Barrack Odhiambo Otieno, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogutu Odongo, who died at Suna Rabar Location, on 20th May, 2019. CAUSE No. 357 OF 2022 By Kephas Abwao Opany, the deceased's cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gordons Otieno Ondigo, who died at Marindi Sub-location, on 11th November, 2021. CAUSE No. 359 OF 2022 By Prisca Buyaki Omariba, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zachary Gildas Omariba Osebe alias Zacharia Mariba Omariba, who died at Ombo, Migori, on 17th January, 1983.
