CAUSE No. E69 OF 2022 By Wilfred Miriti Mwitari, of P.O. Box 22-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwitari Karemu, who died at Kiriguni, on 17th April, 1993. CAUSE No. E122 OF 2022 By Nguthari Mukiri, of P.O. Box 214-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguthari Mukiri, who died at Murugi Sub-location, on 7th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
