TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Waithira Wanganga and (2) Watson Kamondia Wanganga, both of P.O. Box 22966, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Wang'ang'a alias Stephen Wanganga alias Stephen Wanganga Njoroge, late of Munyeki Location, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E448 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Wangari Ngure, (2) Edward Gwin Kairu and (3) Francis Kariuki Ngure, all of P.O. Box 312, Kangare in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ngure Kairu alias Paul Ngure Kairo, late of Oraimutia Location, who died at Gre-enstP,1, on 16th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
