TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E565 OF 2022 By Josaphat David Kimemia Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 214, Maragua in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Wanjiru Mwaniki, who died at Gakoigo Sub-location, on 31st March, 2019. CAUSE No. E690 OF 2022 By Irene Wambui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 7-10200, Murang'a in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Njoroge, who died at District Hospital, Murang'a in Kenya, on 25th December, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
