TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 286 OF 2021 By Margaret Kituyi Khaemba, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josec Khaemba Kapchanga, who died at Brillian Doctors Plaza Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 2020. CAUSE No. 317 OF 2022 By Susan Mulaa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wekhomba Mwangale, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2022. CAUSE No. 344 OF 2022 By Joshua Banda, of P.O. Box 120-50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Wanyonyi Banda, who died at Khala Sub-location, on 25th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
