TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 331 OF 2022 By Tom Tom Wekesa Wanjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Docas Nebokhi Wanjala alias Tokasi Nabukhe, who died at Kituni Sub-location, on 25th June, 2004. CAUSE No. 338 OF 2022 By (1) Leonard Wanyonyi Anarati, (2) Luberto Richrds Wasike and (3) Chrisostim Masika Makhanu and (2) Dismas Mbuya Obago, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephano Muse Namusiule alias Stephano Musee Namusiele, who died at East Siboti, on 11th November, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
