TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E19 OF 2022 By (1) Antony Lewa and (2) Monica Lewa Patience, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winfred Waldo Lewa, who died at Langata, on 6th December, 2021. CAUSE No. 26 OF 2022 By (1) Gargelli Sandra, (2) Gargelli Giovanni, (3) Alberto and (4) Gargelli Livia, all of Sesto Firentino via Rodini No. 5, Italy, for the sealing of a grant of letters of administration intestate issued in another Country to the estate of Fancelli Luisana, who died at Sesto Fiorentino, Italy, on 3rd January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
