NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 219 in Volume DI, Folio 395/391, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Teresia Staicey Nachu Supuko, of P.O. Box 57180-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teresia Wambui Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name as Teresia Wambui Wanjiru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Teresia Staicey Nachu Supuko, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Teresia Staicey Nachu Supuko only.
