REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Hugh Massey Alleyne, of P.O. Box 15056-00509, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as owner of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 2327/118 (Orig No. 2327/1), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in in Volume N33, Folio 161, File 10458, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
