THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Suleiman Ali (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Kandutsi "B"/106, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Kadhi's Court at Msambweni in succession Cause No. E158 of 2022, has vested the property to Ali Solemani Luchi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the land title deed issued to Suleiman Ali (deceased), is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered L.R. 39 and L.R. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Suleiman Ali (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
