THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Esther Njeri Kahuta (deceased) and (2) Florence Osayo Obubai, of P.O. Box 83, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Kakuzi/Kirimiri Block 9/489, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang'a in succession Cause No. 3 of 2012, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Charles Ng'ang'a Kahula, (2) Moses Njogu Kahuta and (3) Florence Osayo Obubai, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (I) Charles Ng'ang'a Kahuta, (2) Moses Njogu Kahuta and (3) Florence Osayo Obubai,and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (I) Esther Njeri Kahuta (deceased) and (2) Florence Osayo Obubai, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
