THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jonah Thuku Kabiriri alias Thuku Kabiriri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Rare/Teret Block 1/1636, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E725 of 2021, has issued grant in favor of Rufus Kimotho Thuku, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Jonah Thuku Kabiriri alias Thuku Kabiriri (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Rufus Kimotho Thuku, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jonah Thuku Kabiriri alias Thuku Kabiriri (deceased). shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
