THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Susan Wanjiru Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Sergoit/Koiwoptaoi Block 3 (Shamtrek)/71, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. E29 of 2021, has issued a grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favor of Michael Peter Waweru Njoroge, of P.O. Box 9732-20112, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L. R. A. 42, and issue land title deed in the name of Michael Peter Waweru Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Susan Wanjiru Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
