WHEREAS Seawaves Limited, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in Kwale District, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Beach Block/114, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
