THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Bosco Mithanga Wagacha, (2) Winnie Ngendo Kangethe and (3) Harrison Njoroge Kagoko, as the trustees of New Kiamaina Self Help Group, of P.O. Box 51634-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.55 hectare or thereabouts, known as Bahati/Kabatini Block 1/4022, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
