REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Leonard Ndungu Mbugua (ID/0265428), of P.O. box 9-60100, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0380 and 0.1446 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title Nos. Embu/Municipality/603 and 1312, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificates of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue new certificates of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
