REGISTRATION

WHEREAS F. 0. Chika, of P.O. Box 1279-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0802 hectare or thereabouts, registered under No. Mombasa/Block 1/417, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease as provided under the provisions of section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
