REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Daniel Ratemo, (2) Oyunge Barnabus Ratemo (3) Malach Ratemo Mathayo, and (4) Kennedy Mbaka Ratemo, as the administrators of the estate of Mathayo Ratemo Mayaka (deceased), of P.O. Box 215, Nyamira in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. 9346/2, situate south west of Satik Township in the Kisii District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR. 20914, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
