APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 ( 2) (b) (i), (ii) of the Constitution of Kenya, as read together with sections 30 ( 2) (d), (e) and 35 of the County Government Act, 2012 and section 5 (1) of the Office of the County Attorney Act, 2020, I, Paul Simba Arati, Governor of Kisii County, appoint/assign the persons named in the second column of the Schedule, to be a member of the Kisii County Executive Committee and County Attorney, respectively, responsible for the matters respectively specified in the third column of the Schedule for a period of five (5) and six (6) years, respectively, with effect from the 30th November, 2022.
