WHEREAS (1) Azshok Dumar Navalbhai, (2) Neeshithkumar Navalbhai Chotai, (3) Sanjaykumar Navallal Chotai, (4) Sonal Sejpal and (5) Praful Kumar C. Lakhani, all of P.O. Box 200-00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold interest from the Government of Kenya, of all that piece of land containing 167 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 3855/44, situate in the south of Mombasa Municipality in Kwale District, registered as C.R. 11722, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and indemnity issued, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall reconstruct the land register as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period. Abothuguchi/Kiija/1729 and 1730, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers opened thereof are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof the land registers shall be reconstructed under Court Order ELC No. 6 of 2020 at Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Nkubu, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
