NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1044, in Volume Dl, Folio 420/4235, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Felisters Humbu Mutonga, of P.O. Box 28076, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known Caroline Njeri Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Caroline Njeri Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Felisters Humbu Mutonga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Felisters Humbu Mutonga only.
