NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 7th October, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 56, in Volume Dl, Folio 376/3729, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Grace Favour Soo, of P.O. Box 19006-00501, Embakasi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Pauline Mutindi Sock formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Pauline Mutindi Soo, and in lieu thereof assumed andadopted the name Grace Favour Soo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Grace Favour Soo only.
