NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38 ) of the Laws of Kenya to Sidian Bank Limited and Ian Gershom Maranga, to take delivery of motor vehicle registration No. KCC 570H, Toyota Lexus, lying at the premises of Sharpe Auto Services Garage, along Mokoyeti Road West, in Karen Area, Nairobi, to take possession of the same within twenty- one (21) days from the date of the publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding dues, storage costs and any other related expenses, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty by Sharpe Auto Services without notice and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to Ian Gershom Maranga and Sidian Bank Limited.
