WHEREAS (1) David Murlithi Gaciriria, (2) Prisca Kanini Rachi, (3) Munyi Mithoro, (4) Fendinard Njiru Munyi and (5) Plus Njuki Munyi, are registered as proprietors of those pieces of land known as Gaturi/Nembute/5388, 5389 and 5390, situate in the district of Ernbu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Embu in Civil Case No. 61 of 1980, has ordered the Land Registrar to cancel the land title deeds issued to (1) David Muriithi Gaciriria, (2) Prisca Kanini (3) Munyi Mithoro, (4) Fendinard Njiru Munyi and (5) Pius Njuki Munyi, and revert the same parcels to the original owner, Munyi Mithoro, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to cancel the said land title deeds issued to (1) David Murlithi Gaciriria, (2) Prisca Kanini Rachi, (3) Munyi Mithoro, (4) Fendinard Njiru Munyi and (5) Pius Njuki Munyi, and revert the said parcels of land to Munyi Mithoro.
