REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Teresia Muthoni, (2) Esther Marigu, (3) Sarah Kilning, (4) Ankle Wambeti and (5) Munyi Mithoro, are registered as proprietors of those pieces of land known as Gaturi/Nembure/5391, 5392 and 5393, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Embu in Civil Case No. 61 of 1980, has ordered the Land Registrar to cancel the land title deeds issued to (1) Teresia Muthoni, (2) Esther Marigu, (3) Sarah Kering, (4) Anisia Wambeti and (5) Munyi Mithoro and revert the same parcels to the original owner, Munyi Mithoro, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to cancel the said land title deeds issued to (1) Tennis Muthoni, (2) Esther Marigu, (3) Sarah Karimi, (4) Antal* Wambeti and (5) Munyi Mithoro and revert the said parcels of land to Munyi Mithoro.
