REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rukenya Karunyeki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.52 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. NgariamaJKabare/151, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Court at Kerugoya in succession Cause No. 88 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Patrick Kaman Njeru (ID/2922470), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no vali objection has been received within that period, I intend todispens with e with the production of the said land title deed and proceed registration of the said administration letters to Patrick Kamati Njeru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rukenya Karunyeki (deceased), shall •be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
