THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nderi Githae (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.22 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Mwerua/Baricho/223, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Court at Kerugoya ins uccession Cause No. 6 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Francis Mureithi Nderi (ID/0754995), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Francis Mureithi ,Nderi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nderi Githae (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and Of no effect.
