THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Livingstone Wandiga Muthumbi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.15 hectares or thereabout, known as Mwerua/Kabiriri/1714, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Thika in succession cause No. 197 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Emma Njoki Wandiga (ID/2011009) and (2) Agnes Wanjiru Wandiga (ID/2011122), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Emma Njoki Wandiga (ID/2011009) and (2) Agnes Wanjiru Wandiga (ID/2011122), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Livingstone Wandiga Muthumbi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
