GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15479

WHEREAS Betha Ngunju alias Betha Ngunju Kagau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.3 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Inoi/Ndimi/444, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Court at Kerugoya in succession Cause No. 167 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Jane Muthoni Maringa (ID/1211802), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Jane Muthoni Maringa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Betha Ngunju alias Betha Ngunju Kagau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
