REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Benjamin Stephen Mbindyo and (2) Milca Kamene Mbindyo, both of P.O. Box 49671-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/10473/8, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi District held under a lease registered as I.R. 61620/1, and whereas Standard Chartered Bank Limited has executed an instrument of Discharge in favour of (1) Benjamin Stephen Mbindyo End (2) Milca Kamene Mbindyo, and whereas affidavit has been filled in terms of section 31 of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012 of the said declaration that the said certificate of title registered as No. I.R. 61620/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said Discharge.
