REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raymond Kazungu Nyiro, as administrator to the estate of Manuel Nyiro Kitsuna (deceased), the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Majaoni 5A/19, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost and cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
