REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kennedy Kipkurui Rono, of P.O. Box 1476-20200, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 11.74 hectares or thereabout, known as Kericho/Chepsir S.S./400, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
