WHEREAS (1) Margaret Njeri Mbiyu and (2) Eddah Wanjiru Mbiyu, as administrators of the estate of Mbiyu Koinange (deceased), both of P.O. Box 34133-80118, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as administrators of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 151/3, situate in the city of Nairobi by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered as volume N50, folio 22, file 1778, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
